§ 30.32 REGULAR MEETINGS; SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   The regular meeting date and time for the Common Council shall be at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month. Special meetings shall be held on call of the Mayor or on call by 4 signed members.
