§ 30.19 DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Department of Planning and Economic Development.
   (B)   The Department shall consist of 2 divisions:
      (1)   Planning Division organized under I.C. 36-7; and
      (2)   Economic Development Commission organized under I.C. 36-7.
