5-5-8: ENFORCEMENT:

A. Chapter Violation: Any violation of this Chapter constitutes an Infraction consistent with Title 1 Chapter 4 of the Washington County Code and carries a three hundred ($300) dollar fine.

B. Other Violations: Any person engaged in Dispersed Camping in the unincorporated area of Washington County or Public Land shall comply with all other applicable County, State, and Federal statutes. (2021-1187-O, 8-17-2021)
