9-5-4: EXCEPTIONS:

Lots located in subdivisions for which plats were recorded on or before February 23, 1996, and lots located in subdivisions recorded thereafter which have met the requirements of this chapter, shall be exempt from the requirements of sections 9-5-2 and 9-5-3 of this chapter. (Ord. 652, 7-28-1997)
