A. The Washington County Council of Governments is composed of the County Legislative Body and the Mayors of each municipality in the County.
B. Each member has one vote on items brought before the body. With consent of the voting members, the Chair may invite other cooperating agencies, governmental entities, non-governmental organizations, or other interested parties to participate as non-voting, ex officio members.
C. One representative of the Utah Department of Transportation at any given meeting of the Washington County Council of Governments may act as an ex-officio member of the Council and may cast a single vote on any agenda item that involves public transportation. If there is a question as to whether an item involves public transportation, the Council’s Chair shall make the final decision.
