8-1-9: RESTRICTIONS ON OPERATION:

A. Location; Hours of Operation: No entertainment assembly shall be conducted in the unincorporated areas of Washington County within one thousand feet (1,000') of any residence between the hours of one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and in all other areas between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M.
