§ 155.088 OVER-SIZE AND OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS.
   The utilities, pavements, and other land improvements required for the proposed subdivision shall be designed of over-size, if appropriate, and/or with extensions provided to serve nearby land which is an integral part of the neighborhood service or drainage area as determined by the City Engineer.
