§ 131.08 LIMITATIONS ON CONSTRUCTION OR ENCROACHMENTS.

(A) No person shall construct anything or make any encroachment within the limits of the permanent easement area of the Paint Creek Improvement Channel, as shown on the plans and specifications as filed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, dated 1966.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
