Where trees are provided by the subdivider, they shall be furnished and installed in accordance with standards and specifications of the City Tree Commission. The trees shall be species which do not cause interference with underground utilities, street lighting, or visibility at street intersections. Existing trees should be retained in new subdivisions wherever possible. A list of recommended trees can be obtained from the City Manager's Office.
