§ 155.073 PLAIN PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT.

Streets constructed totally out of portland cement concrete shall be in accordance with ODOT Spec. Item 452. Pavement thickness will be determined by the Developer's Engineer, approved by the City Engineer. In no case shall the thickness be less than seven inches.
