§ 155.051 STORM SEWERS.

Storm sewers, including curb inlets, catch basins, manholes, and related appurtenances, shall be installed in and along all residential subdivision streets, commercial developments, and industrial roadways. Roadside ditches or open swales are strictly prohibited.
