§ 155.047 CURB AND GUTTER.
   (A)   Curb and gutter shall be required on both sides of the street in all residential subdivisions.
   (B)   Public curbs and/or curbs and gutters shall be required for all commercial lots.
   (C)   Public curbs and/or curbs and gutters will be required for industrial lots.
