§ 155.040 HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT.
   When there is an angle of deflection of more than ten degrees between two centerline tangent sections of a street, a curve of adequate radius shall connect them. Between reverse curves, a minimum tangent of 100 feet shall be introduced.
