§ 155.039 STREET DESIGN STANDARDS FOR CUL-DE-SAC STREETS.
   Cul-de-sac streets shall not exceed a maximum length of 1,000 feet. The Planning Commission may, however, approve streets of greater length if topographic conditions warrant. The right-of-way radius at the terminus of the street shall be not less than 60 feet, and the outside radius of pavement not less than 55 feet. Center islands, raised curbs, or planters are not allowed within the 110 feet paved circle.
