The subdivider shall meet with the City Planning Commission prior to submitting the preliminary plat. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss early and informally the purpose and effect of these regulations and the criteria and standards contained therein; and to familiarize the developer with the Comprehensive Plan, the Major Thoroughfare Plan, the Parks and Public Open Space Plan, the Zoning Ordinance, and the drainage, sewerage, and water systems for the city.
