This chapter shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within the city and the territory within three miles of the corporate limits thereof. The City Planning Commission may receive advice from the County or Regional Planning Commission upon all subdivision plats located within three miles of the corporate limits. The City Planning Commission shall have the final approval of the plat, except for the provisions in §§ 155.065 through 155.092 of these regulations.
