§ 154.55 PLUMBING INSPECTOR.
   (A)   The position of Plumbing Inspector for the city is hereby established. The Plumbing Inspector shall be appointed by the City Manager. He shall have experience with and practical knowledge of plumbing, and adequate knowledge of the Plumbing Code. He shall perform all plumbing inspections in the city according to the provisions of this Plumbing Code. He may be removed at any time by the City Manager for cause. The compensation of the Plumbing Inspector shall be determined by the City Manager and approved by Council, and paid from the City Treasury. (‘73 Code, § 1355.03) (Ord. 1401, passed 2-23-66)
   (B)   No Plumbing Inspector so appointed shall during his term of office be engaged or interested in the plumbing business or the sale of any plumbing supplies, nor shall he act as agent, directly or indirectly, for any person so engaged. (‘73 Code, § 1355.04) (Ord. 1401, passed 2-23-66)
