§ 154.47 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION; REVOCATION.
   (A)   Registration shall be granted, upon application, to any person intending to offer his services as a plumber in the city if such person can certify that he has practical and theoretical knowledge of plumbing, house drainage, water piping, gas fittings and ventilation, and also that he has ability to lay out plumbing work, as well as to all other or proper matters pertaining to the craft.
   (B)   Registration shall be permanent, contingent upon payment of the annual renewal fee, so long as the registrant complies with the provisions of the Plumbing Code. Should more than one work stoppage order be issued by the Plumbing Inspector relative to the registrant’s work, his registration shall be revoked. His registration shall be revoked if, at any time, more than one violation of the Plumbing Code relative to the registrant’s work is proven, even if such violations appear years after the work is completed. In order to have his registration reinstated, the registrant must appeal to the Board of Appeals for the 1993 OBOA Code.
