§ 154.46 REGISTRATION FEE; RENEWAL.
   (A)   The initial fee for registration is $1, and all registrations shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued.
   (B)   Registration may be renewed by the payment of a $1 registration fee within 30 days. If the renewal fee is not paid within the time limit, the registrant must make a new application for registration.
