§ 33.35 COMPOSITION.
   The Fire Department is hereby established with the following complement of personnel:
   (A)   Firefighters and officers.
      (1)   One Fire Chief;
      (2)   One Prevention Chief;
      (3)   Three Captains;
      (4)   Fifteen Firefighters
   (B)   Support personnel. One Administrative Secretary.
