§ 154.36 BUILDING SEWERS.
   (A)   Size. Building sewers shall be two inches in diameter larger than the building drain as required by Table BB-51-46 of the Ohio Plumbing Code. In no case shall a building sewer be less than six inches in diameter.
   (B)   Type. The type of sewer pipe shall be Poly-Vinyl Chloride (PVC) as provided for in Section 530 of the Subdivision Regulations.
   (C)   Grade. Building sewers shall be laid to a grade of not less than one-fourth inch per foot. Abrupt changes in the direction of sewers shall be made only when necessary and with the use of long sweep bends. Increase or reduction in size shall be made by the use of proper fittings.
   (D)   Prohibitions. Storm drains, downspouts, outside building drains, and the like, are prohibited.
