§ 152.60 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The City Planning Commission shall serve as the Appeals Board for the purpose of this chapter.
   (B)   The City Planning Commission when acting as the Appeals Board for the purpose of this chapter shall maintain open public meetings and shall maintain records at the administrative offices of the City of Washington Court House, 105 North Main Street, Washington Court House, Ohio.
