§ 150.103 REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
   Whenever the Building Inspector finds that any unlawful work, erection or alteration is about to be or is being or has been done, he, or any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved thereby, without the necessity of such finding by the Building Inspector, may cause civil proceedings to be instituted to prevent, correct or abate such unlawful erection, work or alteration. Any building erected, altered, converted, occupied or used in violation of this Building Code is hereby declared to be a common nuisance and as such, may be abated according to law.
