§ 32.18 POSTING OF BOND NOT NECESSARY WHEN CONSTRUCTING STREETS.
   Since the Community Improvement Corporation is a governmental organization, it is hereby relieved from the posting of bond, as required by the subdivision regulations, when it constructs any streets.
