§ 32.17 FUND CREATED; SOURCE OF MONEYS.
   There is hereby created for the city a Community Improvement Corporation Revolving Fund to be used for the accounting records for the Community Improvement Corporation. The moneys for such fund shall be derived from private sources as a loan to the Community Improvement Corporation.
