§ 32.16 SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED FOR THE CITY.
   (A)   The following offer of the city to the Community Improvement Corporation shall become the agreement contemplated by R.C. § 1724.10, when endorsed by authorized officers of the Corporation and two executed counterpart copies are filed with the Clerk of Council.
   (B)   The Community Improvement Corporation shall provide those services to the city contained in R.C. § 1724.10(a).
