Upon receipt of the application and supporting documents in proper form, the Building Inspector shall, within ten calendar days, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, determine whether or not the proposed building or alteration is in conformity with the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable ordinances of the city and whether or not the building or alteration is in compliance with state laws concerning such proposed building or alteration.
