§ 150.016 ESTABLISHING CORNERS IF PROPERTY LINES IN DOUBT.
   In any case of any reasonable doubt as to the location of property lines, the Building Inspector shall cause the applicant to establish and plainly mark the corners of the land upon which the building is to be or is already erected and is to undergo external alteration. Such establishing and marking of corners shall be done only by a properly licensed engineer or surveyor.
