(A) Any employee organization found to have willfully violated § 31.03(B) shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense. Each day or part of a day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any officer of an employee organization found to have willfully violated § 31.03(B) shall be fined not more than $100 for each violation. Each day or part of a day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
