§ 31.18 CITY ENGINEER.
   (A)   There is hereby established the position of City Engineer to serve at the pleasure of Council and who shall perform such duties as may be required by law and as Council may determine for such compensation as shall also be determined by Council.
   (B)   The City Engineer shall possess such educational and other qualifications as are required by law for the degree of professional engineer and as Council shall require.
