§ 93.10 DEBRIS FROM INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS OR OPERATIONS.
   (A)   No person, being the owner or operator of any workshop, factory or grain elevator, shall permit soot, cinders, ashes, shavings, wood dust, husks, waste or other debris or offal to escape or be discharged from such workshop, factory or grain elevator, or to fall or be blown in, upon or about any school, church, club house, dwelling house, garage, outhouse, garden, lawn or premises adjacent thereto, the property of another, so as to mar, injure or endanger from fire any such school, church, club house, dwelling house, garage, outhouse, garden, lawn or premises, or so as to molest, annoy, cause discomfort or burden the owner, occupants or users of any such school, church, club house, dwelling house, garage, outhouse, garden, lawn or premises.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
