§ 92.16 DEFINITIONS.
   Those definitions included in the Ohio Fire Code and referenced standards shall apply to the Fire Prevention Bureau of the city. The following definitions shall also apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION. A division of the Washington Fire Department.
   CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION. The Assistant Chief of the Washington Fire Department.
