§ 92.15 OHIO FIRE CODE.

The Fire Department enforces the Ohio Fire Code for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion. The Ohio Fire Code is the official Fire Prevention Code of the city, and is kept on file with the Fire Department for inspection by the public.
