§ 91.16 RESPONSIBILITIES OF FAIR HOUSING BOARD.
   It shall be the responsibility of the Fair Housing Board to:
   (A)   Investigate or cause to be investigated all complaints of unlawful housing practices which are filed with it.
   (B)   Initiate complaints of unlawful housing practices on the basis of auditing or testing carried out by its staff, volunteers authorized by the Board, Fair Housing firms, or businesses specializing in such auditing or testing.
   (C)   Endeavor by conciliation, to resolve such complaints.
   (D)   Hold hearings, subpoena witnesses, compel their attendance, administer oaths, take the testimony of any person under oath, and in connection therewith to require the procuration for examination of any books or papers relating to any matter under investigation or in questions before the Board.
   (E)   Recommend to the appropriate appointing bodies, when it deems necessary, educational and other programs designed to promote the purposes stated in this chapter.
   (F)   Adopt rules and procedures for the conduct of its business.
   (G)   Render to the appropriate appointing bodies, when requested, a written report of its activities, actions and recommendations.
   (H)   Do such other acts that are necessary and proper in order to perform those duties with which it is charged under the terms of this chapter.
