§ 90.31 REMOVAL OF ANIMAL WASTE.

(A) No person(s) who owns, harbors, maintains, keeps or has control of a dog(s) shall fail to promptly remove any waste said dog(s) deposit upon any public street, public way or other public places.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of the willful deposition of dog waste, a minor misdemeanor.
