§ 90.15 RABIES VACCINATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   All person(s) owning, keeping, possessing, harboring, maintaining or having the care, custody or control of a dog or cat shall have the dog or cat vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian at least once every three years.
   (B)   All person(s) owning, keeping, possessing, harboring, maintaining or having the care, custody or control of a dog or cat shall maintain a record of vaccination for rabies as provided by a licensed veterinarian and produce proof of such immunization within 24 hours upon demand to any law enforcement officer, animal control officer or dog warden.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of failure to vaccinate a dog or cat for rabies, a minor misdemeanor.
