§ 90.09 HUNTING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The hunting of animals or fowl within the city is prohibited except in areas designated by the City Manager as hunting areas. Hunting areas shall not be general in nature, but permitted for a time to protect the safety and welfare of the citizens of the community. All applicable restrictions imposed by the law, by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, by the City Manager, and the Council Safety Committee, shall remain in effect. Hunting shall be defined pursuant to the applicable definition of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
