§ 90.07 CONDITIONS CONSTITUTING NUISANCE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall keep or harbor any animal or fowl in the municipality so as to create noxious or offensive odors or unsanitary conditions which are a menace to the health, comfort or safety of the public.
   (B)   No person being the owner, keeper, harborer or person in charge of any animal or fowl shall permit such animal or fowl to do any of the following within the city:
      (1)   Harass, molest or attack passers-by or any passing vehicle;
      (2)   Attack other animals or fowl;
      (3)   Trespass on school grounds;
      (4)   Be repeatedly at large; and
      (5)   Damage private or public property.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
