§ 75.31 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   Repetitious or successive violations of this subchapter or failure of a person operating a bicycle to use due regard for his own safety and the safety of other persons lawfully upon the streets, alleys, sidewalks or other public ways shall be sufficient cause for the complete revocation of the license.
