§ 11.02 OFFICIAL CITY SEAL.
   (A)   The representation of a seal on the following page is hereby recognized and endorsed by City Council.
   (B)   Nothing contained within this section shall be construed to invalidate any document or action bearing a seal rendered in a fashion different from that found on the following page.
