§ 75.14 SNOWMOBILE OPERATION PROHIBITED.
   No person shall operate a snowmobile as follows:
   (A)   On any street or highway within the city, except for emergency travel only during such time and in such manner as the Chief of Police designates;
   (B)   On any private property without the permission of the owner or other person for the right to possession of the property;
   (C)   On any land controlled by the city, except at those locations where a sign has been posted permitting such operations;
   (D)   On the tracks or right-of-way of any operating railroad;
   (E)   While transporting a firearm, bow or other implement for hunting that is not unloaded and securely encased;
   (F)   For the purpose of chasing, pursuing or capturing any animal or wild fowl;
   (G)   From one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.
