§ 11.01 DESIGNATION OF CITY TERRITORY INTO WARDS.

   The territory of the city shall be divided into four wards to be known as Ward One, Ward Two, Ward Three and Ward Four.

   (A)   Ward One. Ward One is the northerly quadrant of the city bounded on the north by the corporation lines, on the west by the centerline of North North Street, and on the south by the centerline of East Court Street and Columbus Avenue;

   (B)   Ward Two. Ward Two is the westerly quadrant of the city bounded by the corporation lines on the west, by the centerline of North North Street on the east and by the centerline of Leesburg Avenue on the south;

   (C)   Ward Three. Ward Three is the southerly quadrant of the city bounded on the south by the corporation lines, by the centerline of Leesburg Avenue on the north and by the centerline of South North Street on the east; and

   (D)   Ward Four. Ward Four is the easterly quadrant of the city bounded on the east by the corporation lines, by the centerline of South North Street on the west and by the centerline of East Court Street and Columbus Avenue on the north.
