§ 93.13 STORAGE OF TIRES.
   No person shall store new or used tires for or from automobiles, trucks, tractors, recreational vehicles, or trailers outside of a building unless the owner of the building operates a business therein dealing with sale, repair, resale or installation of said tires. "Tire" includes those tires regardless of whether they are mounted on rims or not.
   (A)   Any person who operates a business dealing with tires and stores tires on the exterior of his or her building shall do the following:
      (1)   Remove the tires on a regular basis not less than once every 14 days.
      (2)   Not permit an accumulation of more than 50 tires at any given time outside the place of business.
      (3)   Store the tires no closer than 25 feet from the building.
      (4)   Store the tires not less than 100 feet from any residentially zoned lot.
      (5)   Cover the tires with a tarp or other similar means in order to prevent the accumulation of stagnant water.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
