(A) Funds received from the sale of water and other charges imposed hereunder shall be deposited into a separate fund and used only for the payment of the costs and expenses of operating, maintaining, managing, repairing, and extending the water system, and for the payment of principal and interest on any debt incurred in the construction of or replacement or addition to the water system.
(B) Funds received from the sale of sewer and other charges imposed hereunder shall be deposited into a separate fund and used only for the payment of the costs and expenses of operating, maintaining, managing, repairing, and extending the sewer system, and for the payment of principal and interest on any debt incurred in the construction of or replacement or addition to the sewer system.
