(A) An administrative charge of $25 will be assessed if a check received as payment for a water or sewer bill is dishonored by the bank.
(B) Customers will be required to pay all future bills in cash or guaranteed finds after receipt of two dishonored checks from that same customer.
(C) Utility services to a customer will be discontinued if a dishonored check is not corrected within ten days after receipt of a notice from the city auditor that such condition exists.
