§ 54.19 PARTIAL PAYMENTS.

   In the event that a customer makes partial payments to the city, the city reserves the exclusive right to credit that customer's accounts according to the following priority:

   (A)   Arrears penalty (at any location);

   (B)   Arrears amount (at any location);

   (C)   Sewer charges; and

   (D)   Water charges.
