§ 54.12 CASUAL WATER SALES.
   The city may sell water to a casual user in containers furnished by the user at the rate of $7.50 per 100 cubic feet. The user must secure prior written permission from the Service Director. The person, firm, or corporation receiving the water shall pay for the same to the city before the water is secured.
