Customers of the system utilizing an unusually large amount of water on a periodic basis for activities such as filling swimming pools may apply to the city for a waiver of the sewer fee for this water since it is not contributing to the sewer system. The city may grant waivers on a case by case basis and has the authority to limit the number of waivers granted. Unless unusual and documented events occur, which are agreed upon by the City Manager, only one such swimming pool waiver shall be granted each calendar year.
