§ 96.23 REVIEW BY CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE.
   The Chief Administrative Officer shall have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions of the Tree Committee. Any person may appeal from any ruling or order of the Tree Committee to the Chief Administrative Officer for the city, who may hear the matter and make the final decision.
