§ 96.18 RESIDENTIAL REQUEST FOR REMOVAL OF TREES.

(A) Citizens may request the removal of trees within the public right-of-way. If the Tree Committee finds no reason for the removal of the tree, the citizen shall pay market value of any tree before it is removed. A licensed tree professional must remove the tree.

(B) Trees cannot be moved from the lawn to the public right-of- way.
